NOTES FORTHCOMING ISSUES
CHANGES IN THIS ISSUE There are no changes in this issue. REVISIONS Estimates for the two most recent quarters of the HPI series are preliminary and subject to revision (see paragraphs 13 to 17 of the Explanatory notes). Data provision issues have been experienced in the December quarter 2010, which have impacted on September quarter 2010 revised estimates for Melbourne. Processes have been applied to minimise possible biases to the dataset; however, the estimate for Melbourne September quarter 2010 should be used with caution. IMPACT OF FLOODS Flooding in Queensland began in late December 2010. It is expected that the first significant economic impact of this and floods in other states will be reflected in the March quarter 2011 release of this publication. Price collection for the December quarter 2010 was not affected by the floods.
